Challenge one focused on building an effective team and helping all eight teams prepare for the next four challenges.

This challenge put the teams through a series of activities to test:

• Could the team work together?
• How would the team react to pressure and deadlines?
• Could the team communicate effectively?

Challenge one: Teambuilding was hosted by The Team Building Company. The Team Building Company has led corporate teambuilding sessions for Sony, Southampton Football Club and BMW, and they have created an exhilarating first day for all of The Edge teams.
